Clodagh showed strong alignment of her work to the business goals and the overall organisational strategy. She is thought provoking around diversity and inclusion, agitating for what is not currently in place, while having a forward-looking perspective. She has led a substantial programme of work in the NTMA. She demonstrates passion in abundance, is relied on by HR team, and shows leadership and maturity of thinking. The judges heard real examples of establishing key policies for the organisation, working beyond her role. She demonstrated the potential to be a future thought leader. ​
