Accelerate to Excellence: Integrating Strategic Learning with Business Success​

The Davy 'Accelerate to Excellence' programme ticked all the boxes for this category for the judges. It was an excellent example of a comprehensive programme that aligned with stakeholder needs, clearly identified the business imperative along with the personal growth journey of the participants. It adhered to best practice and principles in L&D to fill critical capability skill gaps and create a future pipeline. It capitalised on the direct support from senior management, input of internal subject matter experts to facilitate, coach and mentor participants, supported by external expertise. The evolution of the programme content was driven by data and feedback to ensure it remained relevant and coherent. ​
